From Burnout to Breakthrough: My Journey from Corporate Exhaustion to Helping Others Heal

When burnout consumed my life, I never imagined it would lead me to my true calling. 

After years of 80-hour workweeks and constant pressure, my mind and body finally gave out—and that breakdown became the foundation for my most meaningful work as an online hypnotherapist.

 

The Collapse That Changed Everything

I still remember after taking 5 hours to drive from work to my home the previous night, in the morning I couldn't get out of bed. Not because I was physically unable, but because my mind had simply shut down. After twenty five years climbing the corporate ladder working as a consultant at various Fortune 500 level companies, and trying to be strong as a husband and father during family tragedies, my body was sending signals I could no longer ignore:

  • Chronic insomnia despite bone-deep exhaustion
  • Anxiety attacks in meeting rooms and elevators
  • A persistent feeling of emptiness despite external "success"
  • Complete emotional detachment from work I once found meaningful
  • Coming home and bursting into tears
